Lyman to teach a course on molecular dynamics simulation in spring 2013.

Prof. Lyman will teach a course on molecular dynamics (Chem874) in spring 2013. The format will be a "hands-on" workshop aimed at equipping the students with the basic knowledge needed to simulate biomolecules with standard software. A major point of emphasis will be to achieve a deep understanding of the limitations of the methodology, so that students know what can and cannot be done with such techniques. approximately 2/3 of the course will be spent on the students' own research problems.
